DELE VERY POLICY​

We deliver the products as soon as we receive them from the sellers but this will not be the same day as the order. In general, you will receive the product within the time frame you have chosen (1-2 business days within Kuwait), delivery times start from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm the next day of purchasing the products from the site.

You will receive an email notification immediately after completing your order. If you do not receive an e-mail, please review the Spam Folder and you will find it (choose Not to Block until you receive the e-mail in your inbox). This is important because if you do not receive an order confirmation message, you will not receive messages about the shipment or tracking information.

 

Delivery:

• We will deliver your orders to any place in Kuwait through our approved delivery companies on the next day of ordering.

• Your signature is required to receive the product on the invoice and constitutes an acknowledgment that you have received the complete products as shown on the invoice.

• If she is not present at the specified address, we will deliver the order to any person present at this address and have him sign a copy of the invoice. When any person present at the address signs the delivery request, it is considered that the customer has received the products included in the invoice.

• If the address specified by you has been reached and you cannot deliver the order, please contact customer service to schedule another time to deliver the order.
   

important information:

• If the product arrives and you do not receive it, it will be returned to Fruity Fruit and Vegetable Company, and the delivery fees will be non-refundable.

• After receiving the product, if you find a missing product, please contact us immediately. We may not accept any complaint outside this time frame after one day of receipt.
   

Cancellation instructions:

Cancel your order for any personal reason, in this case:

• If the product is delivered to the seller: the delivery fees will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded

 

In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to:

• Bad weather

• National holidays or festivals

• Other unforeseen circumstances
